Euronext Acquires InsiderLog - Acquisition Of 80% Of An Innovative Insider List Management Solution To Complement Euronext’s Corporate Services Offering

Today Euronext, the leading pan-European exchange in the Eurozone with nearly 1,300 listed issuers,  announces the acquisition of 80% of the capital of InsiderLog, a Stockholm-based leading player in the field of insider list management, for a cash consideration of €5.8 million, plus an earn-out payment depending on future financial performance.
